About the role

We’re assembling a fantastic team of experienced, product-minded engineers — our early team is made up of people who have spent years writing reliable and scalable software at scale for companies like OutSystems, BMW and EDP.

As a founding engineer, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the product and the way we build it. We’ve laid some good foundations, but we’re still very early in our journey, have a ton of things we want to build and a lot to learn along the way!

Some of your core functions will include:

• Scope, design, implement, and own end-to-end feature sets for our web application.
• Help architect core parts of our web application from the ground up in a reliable way.
• Build and maintain a reliable and beautiful frontend interface that enables frictionless reliability intelligence.
• Own the reliability of the code you ship to production, by implementing end-to-end tests, monitoring and responding to production issues. Our systems need to be working when our customers’ systems aren’t.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Lead, coach and hire for the web application team.
• Optimize the web application for speed and scalability.
• Build modular code and components (following the atomic design principles)
• Implement customer-oriented flows/processes/pages
